PixEase (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Mac application for viewing, organizing, editing, and processing images, including GIF files. We respect your privacy and designed PixEase to keep your images and personal information on your Mac.

1. Information We Collect

PixEase does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information.

When you open, view, edit, or process images and files, PixEase accesses only the files you select or authorize through macOS. Your images, GIF files, and related metadata remain on your Mac.

PixEase does not collect:

• Photos or image files
• Image metadata
• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Browsing history
• Usage analytics
• Advertising identifiers
• Location information

2. AI-Assisted Image Processing

PixEase may provide AI-assisted image processing features.

All AI-assisted image processing is performed locally on your Mac. PixEase does not upload your images, GIF files, or related content to the internet, our servers, or any third-party AI provider.

Your images are processed only to provide the feature you request and remain under your control on your Mac.

3. How PixEase Accesses Your Files

PixEase accesses files only when you select them or grant permission through macOS. You can manage or revoke file access through macOS System Settings.

PixEase does not access your entire photo library, folders, or other files without your permission.

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs

PixEase does not use third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising services, crash-reporting services, cloud storage services, or third-party AI services.

PixEase does not send information to third-party services.

5. How We Use Information

Because PixEase does not collect personal information, we do not use personal information for advertising, profiling, tracking, or marketing.

Files selected by you are used locally to provide PixEase’s viewing, editing, GIF processing, and AI-assisted image processing features.

6. Data Storage and Retention

PixEase does not upload or store your images on our servers. Images and processed files remain on your Mac unless you choose to move, export, or share them using macOS or another application.

PixEase does not maintain a remote database of user images or personal information.

7. Data Security

Because your images are processed locally and are not transmitted to our servers or third parties, PixEase minimizes the risks associated with online data transmission.

However, you are responsible for securing your Mac, user account, files, and backups.

8. Children’s Privacy

PixEase is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Because PixEase does not collect or maintain personal information, there is generally no personal information for us to access, correct, export, or delete.
